Product Overview

Liquid Aluminum Dihydrogen Phosphate (ADP) is a high‑purity inorganic phosphate binder engineered for refractory materials, alumina foam ceramics, and high‑temperature industrial applications. This colorless to pale‑yellow viscous liquid reacts strongly with refractory aggregates, forming a dense, phosphate‑bonded structure with exceptional mechanical strength, thermal stability, and chemical resistance.

During the curing process, ADP develops rapid initial bonding at 90–110°C, creating a stable network that firmly anchors ceramic and refractory particles. When further heat‑treated at 350–500°C, the phosphate structure undergoes condensation and polymerization, significantly enhancing high‑temperature strength, thermal shock resistance, and long‑term durability. Once fully cured, ADP‑bonded materials can operate reliably at temperatures above 1000°C, making it an ideal binder for kiln linings, castables, ramming mixes, porous ceramics, and protective high‑temperature coatings.

Designed for industries that demand strong adhesion, high thermal endurance, and superior chemical stability, ADP provides consistent performance across a wide range of advanced material systems.
